Our Services

  • Free consultation to advise you on rental amounts you can expect as well as advice on preparing your property to attract the best possible tenant.
  • After signing a management agreement, we assume all the work of getting your property rented. We advertise the property, show the property to potential tenants, check references on potential tenants, sign leases with tenants, collect security deposits (held in our Trust account),  and conduct both move in and move out inspections with the tenants.  
  • During the tenancy we collect monthly rents and arrange repairs and maintenance as required.
  • Each month you will receive a detailed statement and your rental balance will be directly deposited into your bank account.
